Returns and exchanges are free within UAE

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made a shipping error.

Refunds

Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 7–10 business days for inspection and processing.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, as requested.
If your order included a promotional or free item, please return it as well to avoid additional charges.
